Can I use the address for my trade registration?
Yes. You give this Düsseldorf address, where legal documents can be served, as your business address in the Gewerbeanmeldung (trade registration) – for example for letters from the tax office. This is included in the price at no extra charge.
Can I put the address in my Impressum?
Yes. Our address is a street address where post reliably reaches you. That way your Impressum (legal notice) shows your business address instead of your home address.
How do I know when post has arrived?
You get a digital notification for every item. Then you decide: have it scanned, pick it up yourself or – on request – have it forwarded.
Do you open my post?
Only with your consent, letter by letter. If you like, you can give us a standing permission to open your post; then we scan every letter straight away.
Do you accept parcels?
On request. For online sellers we also offer fulfilment: you send us one bulk parcel, and we send the individual shipments on to your customers in Europe.
How long is the contract?
You can cancel monthly. The yearly plan runs for 12 months and can then be cancelled monthly – or you stay on: 12 months for the price of 10. A short email is all it takes.
I'm a small business (Kleinunternehmer) – what do I pay?
Exactly €49.90 a month, because VAT is already included. The monthly plan adds a one-time €49 setup fee; on the yearly plan there's none.
